Molten Brownie Muffins
- 1 box of dark chocolate brownie mix
- 2/3 cup Andes creme de minthe baking chips
- 1 package of Chocolate Sprinkles
- 1 Extra Egg
- Follow instructions on box of Brownies but add your extra egg .
- It makes it fluffier like a cake .
- Mix in 1/3 of Your minthe chips into the mixture.
- Take a muffin tin and grease it VERY WELL.
- If you would prefer to spare the Extra calories, use cupcake papers.
- ;)
- Approximately 1/4 of a cup of the brownie mix will fill the muffin tins perfectly.

- Make at 350A until finished.
- Take out of oven.
- Set aside to cool slightly.
- In a microwavable bowl, put the rest of your baking Chips into the microwave for approximately 25-30 seconds.. Its ok if it is still slightly lumpy, the muffins will melt the lumps out.
- Pour melted chips over each muffin.
- Then sprinkle with chocolate sprinkles.
