Ham and Cheese Tarts

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees, greas muffin pan.
  2. Mix baking mix and milk together to form a soft dough.
  3. Knead several times on floured surface and roll thin.
  4. Using a 2 1/2 inch cutter, cut into 24 biscuits.
  5. Place each biscuit in prepared muffin pan.
  6. Mold biscuit to fit bottom and slightly up sides.
  7. Set aside.
  8. Blend cream cheese, milk, mustard, chives, seasoning salt, and garlic salt.
  9. Fold in ham and sour cream.
  10. Spoon 1/2 tablespoon of filling into each cup.
  11. Sprinkle with paprika.
  12. Bake 20 - 25 minutes.
