Rotini With Salmon And Haricots Verde
- 3/4 lb salmon fillets
- 3/4 tsp Salt

- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- 1/2 lb Pasta
- 1 clove Shallot (minced)
- 1 lb Haricots verde
- 1/2 cup Vegetable broth
- 2 cup Frozen peas
- 1/2 cup Reduced fat sour cream
- 1/4 cup Sliced green onions
- 1/4 cup Chopped fresh mint
- 1/4 cup Chopped fresh dill
- 4 Lemon wedges (for serving)
- Season salmon with 1/4 teaspoon salt and pepper.
