Stir Fry Mushroom And Omelette Ribbon

  1. MAKE OMELETTE RIBBON
  2. beat eggs and season with dash of salt and pepper then on oiled pan pour a layer of eggs then let eggs set
  3. let eggs cooled then roll up and thinly slice omelette
  4. STIR FRY MUSHROOM
  5. in pan with oil stir fry shimeji mushroom for 1 minute then add sauce mix well then add water and stir fry for half a minute
  6. off heat and add omelette ribbon and spring onion and mix well then serve immediately
