Tropical Spring Salsa with Pork

• 1 can (8 oz.) pineapple tidbits, drained
• 1/2 cup drained canned mandarin oranges
• 1/2 cup chopped peeled jicama
• 2 green onions, sliced
• 1/4 cup BAKER'S ANGEL FLAKE Coconut
• 2 Tbsp. KRAFT Lite Ranch Dressing
• 3 grilled pork tenderloins (3 lb.) Safeway 1 lb For $3.99 thru 02/09

1. Mix all ingredients except meat until blended.
2. Slice meat.
3. Serve with salsa.
