Smoked Salmon Breakfast Bagel
- 2 whole Bagels
- 2 whole Eggs, Beaten
- 1/2 cups Cream Cheese, Softened
- 1 whole Tomato, Thinly Sliced
- 1/4 cups Red Onion, Sliced
- 23 cups Smoked Salmon, Flaked
- 1 teaspoon Dill, Minced
- Slice and toast bagels using your preferred method, until golden brown.
- In medium non-stick skillet over medium heat, cook the eggs until just done to your liking.
- Remove from heat.
- Set aside momentarily.
- Spread softened cream cheese over the bottom half of the toasted bagels.
- Top cream cheese with scrambled egg, sliced tomato, red onion, smoked salmon and dill.
- Top with top of the toasted bagels.
- Serve immediately.
