Spicy Salmon with Avocado Salsa
- 4 pieces Thawed Salmon Fillets
- 1/2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- 1/2 teaspoons Salt
- 1/4 teaspoons Pepper
- 1 Tablespoon Cajun Seasoning
- 1 whole Avocado, diced
- 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes, Diced
- 2 whole Green Onions, Chopped
- 2 Tablespoons Cilantro, Chopped
- 1 whole Lime, Juiced
- Drizzle both sides of thawed salmon fillets with olive oil.
- Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and Cajun seasoning (I like Tonys).
- Broil on the broiler pan for 5 minutes.
- Flip the salmon and broil for 5 more minutes.
- Chop avocado and tomatoes into bite-sized pieces.
- Add green onion, cilantro, and lime juice.
- Taste salsa and then add salt to your taste.
- Serve on top of the Spicy Salmon.
