Stacy's Vegetable Soup
- 5 cup water
- 1 large chopped onion
- 2 stick celery
- 5 large carrots
- 5 small potatoes
- 1 tbsp chicken bullion
- 3 tbsp paprika
- 2 tbsp olive oil, extra virgin
- 1 can diced tomatoes juice drained
- 1 can beans of choice drained of juices
- 1 tsp parsley
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1 tsp garlic salt
- 1/3 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp basil
- 1/4 tsp chili powder
- 2 tsp salt
- Add olive oil to pot along with all the vegetables add salt, cook for about 10 minutes or less depending on how you like your vegetables.
- Make sure to turn vegetables as you go so they don't burn.
- Add the can of beans and tomatoes make sure to drain juices from the cans, add the water water and all other ingredients.
- Boil on medium high for 30 minutes.
