Sesame Noodle And Shrimp Salad Recipe

  1. In an 8 inch fry pan heat butter over medium heat till it sizzles.
  2. Add in noodles and almonds; stir to coat proportionately in butter.
  3. Cook.
  4. Stir till golden brown.
  5. Add in sesame seeds; stir till mix toasted.
  6. Pour onto paper towel to cold.
  7. Combine in large bowl lettuce, onion, shrimp, noodle mix and dressing following: 1/2 c. rice vinegar, 1/2 c. salad oil, 1 Tbsp.
  8. soy sauce, 1/2 tsp.
  9. pepper, 1/4 c. firmly packed brown sugar.
  10. Mix.
  11. Six to eight main dish servings.
