Gone Native
- 1 teaspoon Simple Syrup
- 1/2 ounce Pimm's No. 1
- 1 1/2 ounces gin, preferably London dry
- Ice
- 1 ounce guava juice
- 1 or 2 guava slices, for garnish
- 1/2 ounce fresh lemon juice
- 1 ounce unfiltered apple juice
- 4 mint leaves, plus 1 mint sprig, smacked, for garnish
- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
- Add all of the remaining ingredients except the mint sprig and guava slices and shake well.
- Strain the drink into an ice-filled collins or highball glass and garnish with the mint sprig and guava slices.
