Ciabatta With Spinach and Soft Cheese

  1. Lightly toast bread slices.
  2. In a small saucepan, wilt spinach leaves with olive oil.
  3. Season with salt and pepper and stir in raisins.
  4. Place on top of toast and top with light soft cheese.
