Triple-Layer Mocha Parfait
- 3-1/2 qt. cold milk
- 1/2 cup Instant MAXWELL HOUSE Caffeinated Coffee Walgreens $6.99 thru 02/06
- 1 bag JELL-O Chocolate Flavor Instant Pudding
- 1 gal. prepared whipped topping, divided
- 5-1/4 cups OREO Pieces-Medium
- 1/2 cup unsweetened unsweetened cocoa powder
- Pour milk and coffee into 12-qt.
- bowl of mixer fitted with paddle attachment (or into 6-qt.
- bowl for trial recipe).
- Beat 15 sec.
- or until coffee is dissolved.
- Add dry pudding mix; beat 1 to 2 min.
- or until well blended.
- Spoon 1/4 cup pudding into each of 42 (8-oz.)
- parfait glasses (or into each of 6 parfait glasses for trial recipe); set aside.
- Fold 3 qt.
- of the whipped topping (or 1-1/2 cups of the whipped topping for trial recipe) into remaining pudding mixture; spoon 1/2 cup over pudding layer in each glass.
- Top each with 2 Tbsp.
- OREO Pieces.
- Refrigerate 2 hours.
- Top each parfait with about 2 Tbsp.
- of the remaining whipped topping just before serving; sprinkle with 1/2 tsp.
- cocoa powder.
