Triple-Layer Mocha Parfait

  1. Pour milk and coffee into 12-qt.
  2. bowl of mixer fitted with paddle attachment (or into 6-qt.
  3. bowl for trial recipe).
  4. Beat 15 sec.
  5. or until coffee is dissolved.
  6. Add dry pudding mix; beat 1 to 2 min.
  7. or until well blended.
  8. Spoon 1/4 cup pudding into each of 42 (8-oz.)
  9. parfait glasses (or into each of 6 parfait glasses for trial recipe); set aside.
  10. Fold 3 qt.
  11. of the whipped topping (or 1-1/2 cups of the whipped topping for trial recipe) into remaining pudding mixture; spoon 1/2 cup over pudding layer in each glass.
  12. Top each with 2 Tbsp.
  13. OREO Pieces.
  14. Refrigerate 2 hours.
  15. Top each parfait with about 2 Tbsp.
  16. of the remaining whipped topping just before serving; sprinkle with 1/2 tsp.
  17. cocoa powder.
