Watchamacallit Peanut Butter Almond Cake
- 1 finely chopped watchamacallit candy bar
- 1 box white cake mix
- 1 cup rice crispy cereal
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 cup oil
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 cup milk
- 1/4 cup water
- 2 cup almonds chopped
- 1/2 cup peanuts unsalted chopped
- 2 sliced whatchamacallit candy bars for decoration
- 1/3 cup caramel syrup
- 1 quart whipping cream
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1 cup powder sugar
- 1 box hersheys white chocolate pudding
- 1 tsp almond extract
- preheat oven to 350F.
- Spray two round 8inch pans with cooking spray set aside.
- mix all your cake ingredients together mix well bake as directed on box let cool.
- once cooled remove from pans place on a baking sheet poke holes in cake and add caramel sauce to top let sit while u make topping
- whip topping: Add your peanut butter to a microwave sa fe dish heat about 1 minute just to softened it a bit set aside.
- add whipping cream, vanilla & pudding to a stand mixer whip well about 3 minutes high speed add in powder sugar till semi thickened, now add in your peanut butter keep whipping till nice and thick.
- frost your cake add chopped nuts and you can decorate to your liking.
