Smoked Turkey And Pepper Pasta Medley Recipe

  1. Mix salad dressing, mustard and thyme till well blended.
  2. Add in pasta, turkey and sliced vegetables; mix lightly.
  3. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Chill.
  5. Add in additional dressing before serving if you like.
  6. 5-6 servings.
  7. Prep time: 15 min plus chilling.
  8. Variations: Substitute Miracle Whip light cholesterol free reduced calorie salad dressing for regular salad dressing.
  9. Substitute rotini, shell or possibly elbow macaroni for fettucini.
  10. Substitute 1/3 c. red pepper, 1/3 c. yellow pepper and 1/3 c. green pepper for red and yellow peppers.
