Smoked Turkey And Pepper Pasta Medley Recipe
- 3/4 c. Miracle Whip salad dressing
- 1 tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon dry thyme leaves
- 8 ounce. fettucini, cooked, liquid removed
- 1 c. (8 ounce.) Louis Rich smoked boneless turkey breast
- 3/4 c. zucchini slices, cut in halves
- 1/2 c. red pepper strips
- 1/2 c. yellow pepper strips
- Salt and pepper
- Mix salad dressing, mustard and thyme till well blended.
- Add in pasta, turkey and sliced vegetables; mix lightly.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Chill.
- Add in additional dressing before serving if you like.
- 5-6 servings.
- Prep time: 15 min plus chilling.
- Variations: Substitute Miracle Whip light cholesterol free reduced calorie salad dressing for regular salad dressing.
- Substitute rotini, shell or possibly elbow macaroni for fettucini.
- Substitute 1/3 c. red pepper, 1/3 c. yellow pepper and 1/3 c. green pepper for red and yellow peppers.
