SHAKE 'N BAKE Mexican Chicken
- 6 to 8 boneless skinless chicken breast halves (about 2-1/4 lb.)
- 1 packet SHAKE 'N BAKE Chicken Coating Mix
- 1 cup TACO BELL Thick & Chunky Salsa
- 1 cup KRAFT Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- Moisten chicken with water.
- Shake off excess.
- Shake 1 or 2 pieces at a time with coating mix.
- Discard any remaining coating mix.
- Place in 15x10x1-inch baking pan.
- Bake at 400F for 20 minutes or until cooked through.
- Top chicken breasts with salsa and cheese.
- Bake an additional 5 minutes or until salsa is warm and cheese is melted.
- Serve with additional salsa, if desired.
