SHAKE 'N BAKE Mexican Chicken

  1. Moisten chicken with water.
  2. Shake off excess.
  3. Shake 1 or 2 pieces at a time with coating mix.
  4. Discard any remaining coating mix.
  5. Place in 15x10x1-inch baking pan.
  6. Bake at 400F for 20 minutes or until cooked through.
  7. Top chicken breasts with salsa and cheese.
  8. Bake an additional 5 minutes or until salsa is warm and cheese is melted.
  9. Serve with additional salsa, if desired.
