Espresso Cake with White Chocolate Butterscotch Ganache

  1. bake cake as directed on box just add the additional items.
  2. let cool when comes out of oven
  3. ganache: use double boiler method.add both chips to heat resistance glass bowl, add in tabs of butter keep stiring till melted.pour ganache over cake spreading as you go with a cake spatula.
  4. let cool and harden before you decorate.
