Healthier Fruit Muffins

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Combine all the dry ingredients and mix together.
  3. Then add the wet ingredients.
  4. Carefully add the fruit last.
  5. Pour batter into muffin cups, fill near to top.
  6. Sprinkle the mixed topping over the muffins.
  7. The sugar will bake into a "glaze" and the oats are for texture.
  8. Bake 15-20 minutes, until you can stick a fork in them and it comes out clean.
  9. Muffins will only rise slightly.
