Holiday Cheese Spinach Pinwheel Wreath
- 2 (8 ounce) cans refrigerated crescent dinner rolls
- 23 cup cream cheese, softened
- 8 slices thinly sliced deli ham, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 cup packaged spinach leaves, roughly chopped
- 1 teaspoon italian seasoning
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees fahrenheit.
- Separate dough from each can into four rectangles on cutting board.
- Press seams to seal (8 rectangles).
- Cream together remaining ingredients until smooth.
- Spread 1/8 of the mixture on each rectangle.
- Starting at the short side, roll up each rectangle, punch edges to seal.
- Cut each roll into four slices for a total of 32 slices.
- Arrange 11 slices in a slightly overlapping circular pattern, leaving a 5-inch diameter opening in the center of the baking sheet.
- Arrange remaining slices outside the first ring, slightly overlapping each other, but not touching the first ring.
- Bake 18 to 20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Serves 16 (appetizer size).
