Orange Beef and Vegetables

  1. Heat stir-fry oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add beef in 2 batches and stir-fry 30 to 45 seconds until barely pink.
  3. Remove to a bowl with a slotted spoon.
  4. Stir in stir-fry sauce.
  5. Put frozen vegetables, grated orange peel and juice in skillet.
  6. Cook, stirring, 4 to 5 minutes until vegetables are hot.
  7. Add beef mixture and stir 1 minute until hot.
