Marsha's Pork Chops and Rice

  1. Put rice into casserole dish.
  2. Salt and pepper pork chops,flour.
  3. Add oil to skillet.
  4. Brown pork chops.
  5. Remove pork chops to casserole dish.
  6. Saute onions& mushrooms.
  7. Add to pork chops.
  8. Pour chicken broth over rice& pork chops.
  9. Bake 350 for 1 hour or until rice is done,you can add more broth or water if needed.
  10. Enjoy.
