Mango Pie

  1. Preheate oven to 350F
  2. Toss the slides green mango with lime juice to the large bowl
  3. In separate bowl, toss together flour, sugar, salt, and nutmeg
  4. Layer the sugar mixture and the sliced mango in several layers in the pie shell bottom.
  5. Dot with butter, then top with the other half of the pie crust.
  6. Pirck with the forks
  7. Bake in preheated oven for 1 hour, until the mango has softned and the pie crust golden brown.
