Grilled Chicken Sandwich with Bacon Avocado and Sprouts
- 1/2 whole Grilled Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast
- 2 slices Fresh Soft Wheat Sandwich Bread
- 1 Tablespoon Butter
- 2 slices Bacon (cooked)
- 1/2 whole Sliced Avocado
- 1 Tablespoon Alfalfa Sprouts
- 2 slices Vine-ripened Tomatoes
- 1 Tablespoon (Real) Mayonnaise
- 2 teaspoons Dijon Mustard
- 1- 1/2 Tablespoon Honey
- Grill chicken breast.
- Slice into strips.
- Slice avocado and tomato.
- Cut bacon strips in half.
- Butter one side only of the bread slices.
- Grill in pan until nicely browned.
- In a small bowl, mix together mayo, mustard and honey.
- To assemble the sandwich, place grilled sides of the bread so theyll be facing inside the sandwich.
- On one slice of bread, layer on bacon, then chicken.
- Slather honey mustard on the toasted side of the other slice of bread.
- Layer on tomatoes, avocados and sprouts.
- Put both sides together and slice down middle.
- Yum!
