Marbled Double Chocolate Cheese Cake
- 1/2 c. (1 stick) butter, softened
- 1 c. sugar, divided 1/2 c., 1/2 c.
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 c. all-purpose flour
- 1/4 c. Hershey's cocoa
- 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 2 eggs
- 2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1/2 c. Hershey's chocolate shoppe topping (room temperature)
- 1/4 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips, melted
- Heat oven to 350u0b0.
- In small bowl, beat butter, 1/2 cup sugar and salt until smooth.
- Stir together flour and cocoa.
- Gradually add to butter mixture, beating until a soft dough is formed. Press dough into bottom and 2-inches up sides of 8 or 9-inch spring-form pan.
- Beat cream cheese and remaining 1/2 cup of sugar until smooth.
- Add eggs and vanilla; blend well.
