Hopelessly Wilted Greens Dish

  1. Tear the wilted greens into bite-size pieces and put them on a plate.
  2. Saute the bacon and chop it into small bits.
  3. Mix the bacon with the French dressing, celery salt, chives, vinegar, and sugar and bring to a boil in the bacon skillet.
  4. Pour this sauce over the greens.
  5. Put the plate of greens with sauce on top of a bowl of hot water and warm gently for 6 minutes.
  6. Toss and serve.
