Bean Sprouts With Crispy Bacon

• 1 tbsp leftover bacon dripping
• 2 cup bean sprout
• 1/2 cup spring onion
• 1 dash black pepper
• 1/2 dash light soy sauce
• 3 slice as garnish optional

1. FOR THE BAKED CRISPY BACON PLEASE VIEW THE ATTACHMENTS BELOW
2. in pan with 1 tbsp leftover bacon dripping
3. add bean sprout and spring onion stir fry then add sauce stir fry for 2 minute mix well off heat add dash black pepper then garnish withbaked crispy bacon
