Tropical Sky

• 12 ice cubes
• 3 ounces chilled green tea
• 1 cup chilled pomegranate juice
• 3 ounces gin
• 1 tablespoon Amaretto
• maraschino cherry, for garnish
• lemon wedge (to garnish)
• orange wedge (to garnish)

1. Put 4 of the ice cubes, the green tea, pomegranate juice, gin and amaretto into a cocktail shaker and shake vigorously for 1 minute.
2. Divide the remaining ice between 2 old-fashioned glasses.
3. Make a skewer for each glass with the fruit.
4. Strain the cocktail into the glasses and garnish with a fruit skewer.
