Salmon Pinwheels

  1. Mix cream cheese, lemon juice, and freshly ground pepper.
  2. Spread evenly across fajita wraps.
  3. Place rocket (arugula) across the wrap; you do not need to cover the whole thing, just spread evenlya small handful will be fine.
  4. Place salmon around the wrap.
  5. Again, you dont need to go crazythere can be gaps.
  6. Roll it up!
  7. Then cut diagonally into 1 or 2 cm slices.
