Spicy Lentil and Tomato Soup
- 6 ounces red lentils
- 1 onion
- 1 garlic clove
- 12 finely chopped chili pepper
- 1 (400 g) can chopped tomatoes
- 10 fluid ounces milk
- 1 pint vegetable stock
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- salt and pepper
- roughley chop the onion, chilli and garlic,.
- heat oil in a large pan and fry onion, chilli and garlic until golden brown,.
- add remainding ingredients and simmer for 45 minutes,stirring occationally.
