VELVEETA-Stuffed Taco Burger
- 1 lb. ground beef King Sooper's 1 lb For $3.99 thru 02/09
- 1/2 tsp. chili powder
- 1/2 tsp. ground cumin
- 2 oz. VELVEETA, cut into 4 cubes
- 1/2 cup chopped avocados Whole Foods 5 ea For $5.00 thru 02/09
- 1/2 cup chopped pico de gallo
- 4 hamburger buns
- Heat grill to medium heat.
- Mix meat and seasonings just until blended; shape into 8 (1/4-inch-thick) patties.
- Place 1 VELVEETA cube on each of 4 patties; cover with remaining patties.
- Pinch edges together to seal.
- Grill 5 to 7 min.
- on each side or until done (160 degrees F), placing buns, cut sides down, on grill grate for the last 2 min.
- Meanwhile, combine avocados and pico de gallo.
- Place burgers on bottom halves of buns; top with burgers and avocado mixture.
- Cover with tops of buns.
