VELVEETA-Stuffed Taco Burger

  1. Heat grill to medium heat.
  2. Mix meat and seasonings just until blended; shape into 8 (1/4-inch-thick) patties.
  3. Place 1 VELVEETA cube on each of 4 patties; cover with remaining patties.
  4. Pinch edges together to seal.
  5. Grill 5 to 7 min.
  6. on each side or until done (160 degrees F), placing buns, cut sides down, on grill grate for the last 2 min.
  7. Meanwhile, combine avocados and pico de gallo.
  8. Place burgers on bottom halves of buns; top with burgers and avocado mixture.
  9. Cover with tops of buns.
