No Bake Pumpkin Pie
- 1 (5 1/8 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding
- 1 (15 ounce) can pumpkin
- 2 cups milk
- 12 teaspoon cinnamon
- 14 teaspoon ginger
- 18 teaspoon allspice
- 18 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 dash clove
- 2 graham cracker pie crust
- Prepare pudding according to package except use only 2 cups of milk instead of 3 cups.
- Let pudding set up for 5 minutes, then mix in pumpkin and combine.
- Mix in cinnamon, ginger, allspice, nutmeg, and cloves, mix until combined.
- Pour mixture into the two graham cracker pie crusts.
- Place in refrigerator until firm about 1 hour.
