Curried Salmon Salad Sandwich
- 2 Tbsp. KRAFT Mayo Fat Free Mayonnaise Dressing
- 1/8 tsp. (just a pinch) curry powder
- 3 oz. canned boneless skinless pink salmon (in water)
- 1 CLAUSSEN Bread 'N Butter or Kosher Dill Sandwich Slices
- 2 Tbsp. chopped onion King Sooper's 1 lb For $0.99 thru 02/09
- 1 tsp. golden raisins
- 1 whole wheat pita bread round
- 1 piece lettuce leaf
- 1/2 cup frozen vanilla yogurt
- 1/4 cup sliced fresh strawberries Safeway 1 lb For $3.99 thru 02/09
- 1 Tbsp. PLANTERS Sliced Almonds
- 1 16 fl oz bottle , favorite flavor
- MIX mayonnaise and curry powder in medium bowl.
- Add salmon, pickle, onion and raisins; mix lightly.
- FILL pita with lettuce and salmon mixture.
- Enjoy frozen yogurt topped with strawberries and almonds for dessert.
- Serve CRYSTAL LIGHT with the meal.
