Healthy Makeover: Coleslaw

  1. In large bowl, with wire whisk, stir together yogurt, mayonnaise, lemon juice, mustard, salt, and freshly ground black pepper.
  2. To same bowl, add cabbages, carrots, fennel, apple, and green onions, tossing until well combined.
  3. Makes about 12 cups.
