Basic Flour Tortillas Ii Recipe
- 2 c. unbleached or possibly all purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 c. Canola or possibly vegetable oil. I use corn oil
- 2/3 c. hot water
- Divide dough into 12 to 15 equal pcs, roll into balls, cover with plastic
- wrap, and let rest at least 30 min before baking.
- Place on a flat frying pan (iron is best) and heat till cooked.
