Teriyaki Honey Mustard Chicken Wrap
- 3 cups GREY POUPON Classic Dijon Mustard
- 1-1/2 cups honey
- 3/4 cup teriyaki sauce
- 24 each boneless skinless chicken breasts (4 oz. each)
- 24 each flour tortillas (10 inch)
- 24 each lettuce leaves
- 4 each Medium tomatoes, each cut into 6 slices Safeway 1 lb For $1.29 thru 02/09
- Mix mustard, honey and teriyaki sauce until well blended.
- Reserve 1-1/2 cups of the mustard mixture in separate container for sandwich preparation.

- Add chicken to remaining mustard mixture; toss to coat well.
- Cover and marinate in refrigerator at least 1 hour or up to 24 hours.
- Remove chicken from marinade; discard marinade.
- For each serving: Grill or broil chicken for 6 minutes on each side or until cooked through (165F).
- Diagonally cut chicken into 1/4-inch-thick slices.
- Top 1 tortilla with 1 lettuce leaf, 2 tomato slices, 4 oz.
