Spinach and Strawberry Salad

• 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
• 3 Tbsp. GREY POUPON Savory Honey Mustard
• 1/4 cup olive or oil
• 1 pkg. (10 oz.) fresh spinach leaves, cleaned, stems removed
• 1 qt. (4 cups) strawberries, sliced Safeway 1 lb For $3.99 thru 02/09
• 1/3 cup sliced green onions
• 1 pkg. (4 oz.) ATHENOS Traditional Crumbled Feta Cheese
• 1 Tbsp. poppy seed

1. Beat vinegar and mustard in small bowl with wire whisk.
2. Gradually add oil, beating with wire whisk until well blended.
3. Toss spinach with strawberries, onions, cheese and poppy seed in large salad bowl.
4. Add mustard dressing; mix lightly.
5. Serve immediately.
