The Best Kale Ever
- 1- 1/2 cup Kale
- 1 teaspoon Olive Oil
- 3 cloves Garlic, Minced
- 1/4 teaspoons Red Pepper Flakes
- 1/4 teaspoons Sesame Seeds (optional)
- Wash and cut kale off the stems.
- Heat olive oil on medium heat and add garlic.
- Cook for 30 seconds or until fragrant.
- Add in kale and red pepper flakes.
- Toss it all together and cook kale until it wilts a bit, about 1-2 minutes.
- Remove from heat and top with sesame seeds if you like.
- Enjoy!
