The Best Kale Ever

  1. Wash and cut kale off the stems.
  2. Heat olive oil on medium heat and add garlic.
  3. Cook for 30 seconds or until fragrant.
  4. Add in kale and red pepper flakes.
  5. Toss it all together and cook kale until it wilts a bit, about 1-2 minutes.
  6. Remove from heat and top with sesame seeds if you like.
  7. Enjoy!
