One Pan Creamy Pesto Penne
- 3 cups Water
- 1/2 cups White Wine
- 1/2 cups Heavy Cream
- 3/4 cups Basil Pesto
- 1 teaspoon Minced Garlic
- 4 cups Dry Barilla Gluten Free Penne Pasta
- 1/2 cups Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
- Fresh Basil, For Garnish
- In a large 10-inch skillet or pot, bring water, wine and cream to a boil.
- Add the pesto, garlic and penne.
- Reduce heat to medium and let it simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- After 10 minutes, check to make sure pasta is tender.
- Top with cheese and basil.
