Oven Baked Sausage Goulash

  1. Preheat oven to 375, and slice your sausage, potatoes, onion, bell pepper
  2. I put my sausages in a bowl, my potatoes in my strainer, and used another bowl for my onions/bell pepper together.
  3. I only did this, because I added different seasonings to each.
  4. But you can put all in a bowl and mix all together if you want.
  5. Toss all around.
  6. I put liquid Italian dressing in all though.
  7. And only put the rotel in the sausage part.
  8. I used half a can of mild rotel.
  9. Layer separately (potatoes, sausage, corn) and sprinkle the onions and bell peppers on potatoes, etc in a big roasting oven pan, cover, and bake about an hour.
  10. Or you can mix it all up Instead of separately.
