Boiled Chicken with Spicy Hot Tomato Ponzu Sauce

  1. For the sauce, chop up the tomatoes roughly and put into a heat-proof dish with the seasonings.
  2. Mix well.
  3. Microwave at 500 W for 1.5 minutes (it's hot, so be careful).
  4. Leave to cool for a while.
  5. Thinly slice the boiled chicken.
  6. Cut the mizuna into 203 cm lengths.
  7. Julienne the cucumber.
  8. Transfer the prepared vegetables onto a serving dish and place the chicken on top.
  9. Pour over the sauce.
  10. Chill in the fridge for 30 minutes.
