Lychee & Strawberry Won Ton Cups
- 12 won ton wrappers
- 2 cups thawed Cool Whip Light Whipped Topping
- 1 tsp. ground ginger
- 12 canned peeled seeded lychees, drained, patted dry and cut in half
- 12 fresh strawberries, cut in half Safeway 1 lb For $3.99 thru 02/09
- 2 Tbsp. honey
- Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Press 1 won ton wrapper onto bottom and up side of each of 12 muffin pan cups.
- Bake 6 to 8 min.
- or just until edges are lightly browned.
- Cool completely.
- Mix Cool Whip and ginger just until blended; spoon into won ton cups.
- Top with fruit and honey.
