Simple Ham Steak
- 1 lb Ham Steak Bone-In
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
- 1 tbsp Syrup (Optional)
- Take Ham out of package and place in large sauce or frying pan.
- Add Water to pan and let boil until most of the water is gone or after 15-20 minutes on medium heat.
- Flip ham over and add a little more water.
- Add table of syrup in water and let cook for another 10 minutes on medium low heat.
- let cook on each side for an extra 2-5 minutes each on low heat.
- Turn heat off after water is completely gone from pan and ham have a golden brown glaze color to them.
