So Simple! Kale and Tofu Potage
- 2 leaves Kale
- 1 Onion
- 1 block Tofu
- 1 can Canned corn kernels
- 2 Soup stock cubes
- 1 tsp Butter
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
- Boil the kale, and then place into ice-cold water.
- Blend the kale, onion and tofu in a food processor.
- Put the mixture from Step 1, canned corn (with liquid), soup stock cubes and 1 cup of water into a saucepan and warm up over low heat.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Melt in the butter for aroma.
- You're all done.
