Cottage Cheese Sub Sandwich

• 1/2 cup BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN 2% Milkfat Low Fat Cottage Cheese
• 1 Tbsp. KRAFT Italian Dressing
• 1 submarine roll (6 inch), split
• 4 cucumber slices
• 4 green pepper rings
• 2 tomato strips King Sooper's 1 lb For $0.99 thru 02/09
• 1/4 cup shredded lettuce

1. Mix cottage cheese and dressing.
2. Fill roll with vegetables, tomatoes, lettuce and cottage cheese mixture.
