Quick Thanksgiving Chicken Thighs

  1. Toss chicken with enough oil to cover.
  2. Season.
  3. Roast at 350 for approximately one hour or until thermometer reaches 165 and chicken is crispy.
  4. Place chicken under broiler to crisp skin briefly if necessary.
