Quick Thanksgiving Chicken Thighs
- 4 chicken thighs
- 1 tbsp dried rosemary
- 1 tbsp dried parsley
- 2 tsp dried basil
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1 tsp dried sage
- 1 tbsp onion powder
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 pinch salt and pepper
- 1 vegetable oil; as needed
- Toss chicken with enough oil to cover.
- Season.
- Roast at 350 for approximately one hour or until thermometer reaches 165 and chicken is crispy.
- Place chicken under broiler to crisp skin briefly if necessary.
