Breakfast Custard Recipe

  1. Beat Large eggs well.
  2. Add in next 5 ingredients.
  3. Blend in lowfat milk.
  4. Divide cheese up among 4 individual custard dishes.
  5. Pour mix proportionately into custard c.. Place c. into baking pan and fill with boiling water one-inch deep.
  6. Bake, uncovered, at 425 degrees for 15 to 20 min.
  7. Serve immediately.
  8. This recipe yields 4 servings.
