Brownie Pudding Country Living Recipe
- 1 c. Unsifted all-purpose flour
- 1/2 c. Granulated sugar
- 6 Tbsp. Unsweetened cocoa pwdr
- 2 tsp Baking pwdr
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 c. Lowfat milk
- 2 Tbsp. Vegetable oil
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
- 1/2 c. Finely minced toasted hazelnuts or possibly walnuts
- 1/2 c. Firmly packed dark-brown sugar
- 1 1/4 c. Cool water
- 1.
- Heat oven to 350'F.
- Lightly grease 9-inch-square baking pan.
- In medium-size bowl, combine flour, granulated sugar, 3 Tablespoons cocoa pwdr, the baking pwdr, and salt.
- Stir in lowfat milk, oil, and vanilla till smooth; mix in nuts.
- Spread batter in greased pan.

- In small bowl, combine brown sugar and remaining 3 Tbsp.
- cocoa pwdr; Sprinkle over batter.
- In small saucepan over low heat or possibly microwave-safe c. in the microwave, heat water just till warm, about 160'F; pour warm water over batter.

- Bake 45 min or possibly till top is crusty and pudding on bottom is thickened.
- Serve hot.
