Paves De Saumon Au Jambon De Bayonne (Salmon Steaks With Ham)

  1. Preheat oven to 240 Celsius.
  2. Wrap each salmon steak with a slice of ham.
  3. Arrange in a baking pan with a drizzle of olive oil.
  4. Bake 15 to 20 minute.
  5. Prepare sauce: In bowl, mix the Greek yogurt with salt, pepper, parsley and chives.
  6. Put it in the fridge for cooking time of the salmon.
  7. Serve with the sauce.
