Paves De Saumon Au Jambon De Bayonne (Salmon Steaks With Ham)
- 4 salmon steaks
- 4 slices bayonnet ham
- 1 12 cups Greek yogurt
- olive oil
- parsley
- chives
- salt
- pepper
- Preheat oven to 240 Celsius.
- Wrap each salmon steak with a slice of ham.
- Arrange in a baking pan with a drizzle of olive oil.
- Bake 15 to 20 minute.
- Prepare sauce: In bowl, mix the Greek yogurt with salt, pepper, parsley and chives.
- Put it in the fridge for cooking time of the salmon.
- Serve with the sauce.
