My Favorite Chocolate Frosting Glaze

• 12 cup butter
• 14 cup cocoa
• 6 tablespoons buttermilk
• 2 12 cups powdered sugar
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 1 pinch salt, 1 tiny pinch
• 34 cup chopped walnuts (optional)

1. Put butter, cocoa and buttermilk in bowl and heat in microwave until boiling, stirring occasionally.
2. Pour hot mixture into mixing bowl and add powdered sugar, vanilla and salt.
3. Beat until smooth.
4. Pour over hot cake right after removing from oven.
5. If using nuts, sprinkle over icing immediately.
