Goat Cheese Calzone

  1. Preheat oven to 400u0b0.
  2. In medium bowl, combine all ingredients, except dough and oil.
  3. Spoon filling onto 1/2 of dough circle within 1 inch of edge.
  4. Moisten edge with water; fold dough over the filling to make edges meet.
  5. Roll edges to seal. Brush dough with olive oil.
  6. Bake for 15 to 18 minutes at 400u0b0. Reduce heat to 375u0b0; bake 10 to 15 minutes more, or until golden brown.
  7. Yields 1 large Calzone, enough for 2 generous portions.
