Goat Cheese Calzone
- 6 oz. shredded Mozzarella cheese
- 4 oz. goat cheese (Feta)
- 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 4 oz. Prosciutto or baked ham, chopped
- 1/3 c. fresh chopped parsley
- 2 small minced garlic cloves
- 1 tsp. dried oregano
- 1 large pizza dough
- olive oil
- Preheat oven to 400u0b0.
- In medium bowl, combine all ingredients, except dough and oil.
- Spoon filling onto 1/2 of dough circle within 1 inch of edge.
- Moisten edge with water; fold dough over the filling to make edges meet.
- Roll edges to seal. Brush dough with olive oil.
- Bake for 15 to 18 minutes at 400u0b0. Reduce heat to 375u0b0; bake 10 to 15 minutes more, or until golden brown.
- Yields 1 large Calzone, enough for 2 generous portions.
