Prawn and Chive Rolls

  1. Combine Philly*, lemon juice, rind, chives and mayonnaise until smooth.
  2. Season to taste.
  3. Split rolls in half lengthways and spread the base with Philly* mixture.
  4. Top with prawns and watercress and replace lid.
  5. Serve.
